MISSION

To enrich lives through nature.

VISION

A world where we take care of each other and the planet.

CORE VALUES

We believe that being honest, with ourselves and everyone that we interact with, makes our connections more genuine and lasting. It shows respect for ourselves and for the world at large. And we strive to do what’s right, no matter what. Even when it’s really hard.

We believe in the power of a collective and making people feel a part of something. Recognizing the value in all perspectives and creating an environment that feels safe and open for everyone to express themselves. We try and treat everyone with fairness and kindness even when we have differing views. We know this is the most productive path forward.

We believe that the ability to care for others, to consider their feelings and their stories, is the backbone of a civilized, humane society. We aim to find what connects us rather than what divides us.

We believe in allowing ourselves the freedom to dream, and imagine, taking the sides off the box and reconfiguring it into something new. Thinking of what could be instead of what is. And also recognizing that things don’t always work out as planned, so to survive and thrive, we need to be flexible.

We believe the desire to learn and grow is what inspires the pursuit of amazing things, both big and small. The hunger and humbleness that accompanies the pursuit of knowledge and collaboration is what drives and enriches people as individuals and as a community.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion statement

Diversity is Natural. And Essential.
At Wildwoods, we believe in the wisdom of nature, where diversity is vital to a healthy eco-system. We believe those same principles of ecology apply to our community and seek to foster a culture that is open, respectful, curious, and connected. We acknowledge and value everyone’s individual stories, while also celebrating the rich mosaic we create when we weave our stories together.
